I had found the perfect balance between my family and my work: I loved my job as associate with The Travel Team because I could put in a full day’s work and still meet my daughter, Kailie, at the bus stop everyday after school. Life was good!
But that all changed when The Travel Team relocated its offices. The long commute left me feeling torn between my responsibilities at work and responsibilities to my family and home. My productivity – and my spirits – were lagging more and more each day.
